At Delorbis Pharmaceuticals Ltd (“Delorbis”, “we”, “our”, “us”), we value and protect your (“your”, “you”, “data subject”) personal data. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) provides information on how we may collect and process your personal data when you visit our website (www.delorbispharma.eu), in the course of our core business activities in general, when we provide you with any of our services and, lastly, when you provide us with your services.
This Policy has been created in order to inform you of the legal bases and the purposes according to which Delorbis processes your personal data. In any case, it must also be noted that, due to the specific legal framework within which Delorbis operates, these rights are not absolute and may be subject to specific conditions and/or justified exceptions. Finally, we would also like you to note that Delorbis does not rely on any automated decision-making programme or software for the processing of your data.

We do not transfer personal data outside the EEA. However, if we are ever requested or required to do so, we undertake to implement all appropriate legal mechanisms required by Cyprus and EU Data Protection Law, specifically Chapter V of the GDPR.
